This is where it is quite important for you to put together a form of requirements document—something that will list the many items we’ve indicated on our prices/requirements page such as platforms desired to support. Such as the look and feel you desire for the toolbar. Such as artwork; speaking of artwork, we have an informal in-house graphics document that we pass on to all our clients who wish to retain their own artists. The artwork looks like an easy thing—but truthfully requires a tremendous skill-set for a button to stand out.
